Role:Service Desk Engineer L1

JD:

. Excellent communication skills
. Interpersonal skills, active listening
. 1 year previous Service desk or equivalent experience
. Attend to Phone, Email and any other online queries where applicable
. Excellent organisational skills
. 1 year previous Service desk or equivalent experience
. Managing incidents including business expectations and communication
. Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, MS Outlook and MS Office
. ITIL Knowledge will be a plus
. Comply to process and procedures
. Admiistrative tasks
