Job Description

Location: NCS Hub (Ang Mo Kio) or NCS Bedok, Singapore

Employment Type: 12+ Months Contract

Salary: UP TO SGD 3,100 per month

Start Date: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and technically skilled individuals to join us as Service Desk Engineers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT support, providing timely and professional assistance for all incoming technical issues.

You'll undergo a comprehensive 3-month training program, after which you'll be allocated to one of two support shift schedules based on your performance.

Shift Options After Training

1. 12-Hour Shift Rotation

. Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

. Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

. Schedule: 2 days work, 2 days rest (including weekends & public holidays)

2. Core Rotating Shift

. Monday to Friday (5 days/week)

Day Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Night Shift: 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM

. Meal Break: 1 hour unpaid per shift

. Weekend Work: Off-in-lieu provided during weekdays if scheduled

. Shift Allowance:

$10/day (Day Shift)

$22/day (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

  • Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) support via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve first-level incidents and escalate complex cases to Level 2 support
  • Log, track, and manage all incidents to ensure timely resolution and updates
  • Maintain full ownership of tickets until closure
  • Ensure clear and accurate documentation of all incidents and steps taken
  • Classify and prioritize incidents effectively manage customer expectations professionally
  • Alert Team Leads to abnormal trends or call surges

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec or Diploma in IT-related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of IT troubleshooting or technical support experience
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, and basic mobile support
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to commit to shift-based work post-training
