Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organised and well-maintained.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Support the team during busy periods and events.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and restaurant SOPs.
Requirements
- Previous F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
