Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our members and guests. In this role, you will:
- Provide outstanding service, ensuring a memorable experience for every member and guest.
- Develop a strong understanding of our menu offerings and share your knowledge with member and guests.
- Ensure tables are set up beautifully and arranged perfectly for a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and department presentation at all times.
- Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to the success and growth of the team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum N-Level qualification.
- Experience in the hotel and club industry is an advantage.
- Pleasant demeanor and strong service orientation.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
