F&B Service Crew

Job Description:

. To provide excellent F&B service to guests

. To take orders, serve guests and clear tables

. Respond promptly to customer inquiries

. Ensure the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times

. Manage outlet inventory level

. Rotation to other F&B outlets when necessary

. Any other duties as assigned by Superiors

Job Requirements:

. Relevant experience in the F&B industry

. Able operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine

. Passionate, cheerful and positive, service oriented and an excellent team player

. Enjoy interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively in basic English and good interpersonal skills
