About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative team within a highly regulated industry. This role offers strong exposure to design verification & validation, regulatory compliance, and advanced product testing, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, protocols, and reports for design verification, validation, and benchmarking
- Design and implement automated and manual testing (functional, performance, regression)
- Drive Design Verification & Validation (DV&V) activities in compliance with regulatory standards (IEC, FDA, GMP, ISO)
- Conduct benchmark and feasibility testing to evaluate product performance and quality
- Develop and validate test equipment, fixtures, and methodologies
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory) and external test labs
- Support risk management and failure analysis activities (e.g., FMEA)
- Identify, track, and resolve defects using issue tracking tools
- Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders and management
