Regulatory Reporting Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Axiom Project Manager to lead regulatory reporting implementation projects using the AxiomSL (ControllerView) platform.

The candidate should be able to join immediately or within short notice and manage client-facing delivery for HKMA regulatory programs.

Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Delivery:
a) Lead implementation of AxiomSL for HKMA Reporting
b) Manage scope, timelines, budget, and delivery governance

2. Stakeholder & Client Management:
a) Act as primary point of contact for Hong Kong stakeholders
b) Engage with:
- Regulatory reporting teams
- Finance & Risk teams
- Senior business stakeholders

3. AxiomSL Implementation Oversight:

4. Governance, Agile & Reporting:
a) Drive delivery using Agile / Waterfall methodologies
b) Manage tools like JIRA / Confluence
c) Provide:
- Status reports
- RAID logs
- Steering committee updates

5. Risk & Issue Management:
a) Identify and mitigate delivery risks
b) Manage dependencies, escalations, and change requests

Mandatory Skills Description:

Experience:
a) 8-15 years in Project / Program Management
b) Experience working with:
- Global banks / financial institutions
- Regulatory reporting programs
c) Have Demonstrable experience in dealing with Stakeholders within a Complex Environment

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Strong experience in AxiomSL / ControllerView implementation
- Hands-on exposure to HKMA regulatory returns
