Technical Lead (PMO)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs
• Establish and manage PMO frameworks, including governance, RAID tracking, financial oversight, and executive reporting
• Define and track program KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics aligned with business goals
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions in collaboration with architecture teams
• Oversee implementation and integration of enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR systems)
• Support cloud adoption initiatives (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices
• Ensure effective system integration, data flow, and interoperability across platforms
• Promote data-driven decision-making using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Support innovation initiatives including automation, AI/ML, and emerging technologies where relevant
• Contribute to development of business cases, funding proposals, and transformation roadmaps
• Act as the key liaison between business, technology, and external partners
• Engage senior stakeholders through structured reporting and insights
• Manage vendors including system integrators and technology providers
• Coordinate across regional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in program management, PMO, or digital transformation roles
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional technology programs
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, system integration, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, APIs, or AI/ML technologies is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is highly desirable to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and review relevant documentation
• Proficiency in Spanish and Italian is advantageous to manage collaboration with stakeholders, clients, or partners based in Spanish- and Italian-speaking regions, including participation in meetings and review of business materials.
