Principal Consultant

Serve as the primary lead for Software Delivery Management process assurance, overseeing a portfolio of Trade and Private Banking projects to ensure compliance with Group Audit and regulatory standards.

Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage architectural risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready and aligns with Data Management and Regulatory requirements.

Drive the successful delivery of large-scale projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing the full SDLC from planning and budgeting to deployment and production support.

Act as a strategic liaison between senior leadership, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams manage vendor performance and coordinate system integrations between new platforms and legacy systems.

Provide guidance on solution design and infrastructure (including AWS cloud solutions), while coaching junior project managers and technical associates in delivery best practices.

Align technology strategies with enterprise goals to deliver scalable, future-proof solutions, leveraging experience in web portal integrations, mobile app initiatives, and API frameworks.
