We are looking for a proactive and organized Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead contingent workforce hiring (agency and piece-rate contractors), oversee contractor lifecycle operations and manage TA analytics. This role combines hands-on recruitment, vendor and contractor management, and end-to-end lifecycle operations with data driven hiring insights and reporting and includes supervising junior TA staff to ensure smooth and accurate TA operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead contingent workforce recruitment, including partnering with manpower agencies, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing salary recommendations and offers.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contractor engagement, including e-Pfile updates, contract issuance and renewals, salary review checks, onboarding and offboarding administration, and compliance with policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contractor movements, contract status, vendor performance, and manpower contracting data.
- Manage TA analytics, including forecasting hiring trends and labour demand, producing monthly manpower and recruitment tracking dashboards, and providing insights to support workforce planning.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure timely fulfilment of manpower needs and smooth contractor operations.
- Supervise and guide junior TA team members, ensuring service quality and timely execution.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, contingent workforce management, or vendor/contractor management.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong skills in Excel or similar tools.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and vendor partnership abilities.
