This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to partner with senior leaders, shape hiring strategy and deliver critical talent into a growing, international business. You will play a key role in building capability across multiple markets while strengthening recruitment governance, candidate experience and internal TA standards within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the APAC HR Manager, the Senior Regional TA Specialist (APAC) is responsible for leading and delivering Talent Acquisition activities across the APAC region, supporting business growth through high-quality, timely and well-governed hiring.

This role partners closely with senior leaders and hiring managers on recruitment strategy, prioritisation and execution, while providing functional guidance to TA resources supporting the region. It plays a critical role in ensuring hiring quality, consistency and pace across multiple markets, including the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional HR and business leaders to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, and talent needs across APAC, translating these into clear hiring strategies and execution plans

  • Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for senior, critical and hard-to-fill roles across the region, leading the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through to offer recommendation

  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across APAC, advising on role requirements, hiring timelines, talent availability and selection decisions

  • Provide market insights, hiring intelligence and recommendations to support effective and timely hiring decisions

  • Ensure timely and high-quality sourcing, screening, interviewing and decision-making across roles in scope

  • Ensure consistent hiring standards, assessment approaches and candidate experience across countries, in line with recruitment governance and compliance requirements

  • Oversee, guide and provide functional direction to the Regional TA Associate and other supporting TA resources, ensuring effective delivery and capability development

  • Collaborate closely with Manila TA and HR teams to ensure alignment and effective regional execution

  • Review and monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring progress and pipeline health, using insights to drive continuous improvement in recruitment efficiency, quality and candidate experience

  • Lead and contribute to projects that elevate our talent acquisition practices, from employer branding to process innovation

  • Drive workforce planning and hiring analytics in partnership with Regional People Manager

  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure a smooth and disciplined handover from offer approval to onboarding

  • Champion equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding inclusive practices in every hiring process

About You

  • Degree qualified in HR, Business or related field.

  • Professional membership desirable, e.g. SHRI, IHRP, etc

  • Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within engineering, MEP, construction, or other complex technical environments

  • Proven track record of delivering senior, leadership and niche hires, including roles requiring specialised technical expertise

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions, with an understanding of differing market dynamics and hiring practices

  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability, with confidence engaging and influencing senior leaders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences

What's In It For You

  • Work on high-profile data centre and mission critical projects

  • Be part of a growing APAC team with international exposure

  • Competitive compensation package (commensurate with experience)

  • Opportunities for growth and development within a global consultancy
