Job Description

Join us in this newly created role and make your mark in a growing regional team. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the APAC and Middle East regions, while also supporting broader HR operations and regional HR initiatives.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

. Manage full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to onboarding) across APAC and Middle East markets, including candidate engagement, shortlisting, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, preparation of employment agreements, and work pass applications (where applicable).

. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plans.

. Anticipates and proactively communicates recruiting activity and status to Hiring Managers and Business Partners.

. Manages, participates and contribute in TA & HR projects that helps drive efficiency.

. Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

. Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.

. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

HR Operations & Projects (Secondary Scope)

. Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

. Support compliance with employment regulations across APAC and Middle East markets.

. Participate in and contribute to regional HR projects that drive efficiency and process improvement.

. Take on additional duties and projects as assigned to support the team and business objectives.


Who You Are

. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

. Preferably 3 years of experience in regional recruitment (APAC experience preferred Middle East exposure is a strong plus).

. Knowledge of employment regulations across APAC and/or Middle East markets.

. Familiarity with visa or work pass applications is a plus.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
