Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Work closely with internal Business Development Team to understand recruitment needs of our clients
• Engage in full recruitment cyclesourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talents
• Collaborate with Recruitment Managers to ensure recruitment timelines for clients are met.
• Provide clients with exceptional service by fulfilling their staffing needs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions
• Possessed at least two to three years of recruitment experience in sales
• A friendly and outgoing personality with a strong desire to help others succeed
• Self-driven, great problem solving skills, attention to details
