The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the sales of our intelligent lighting systems and modern agricultural equipment in the Southeast Asian market. This role is ideal for a professional skilled in selling complex technical solutions, understanding clients deep-seated needs, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on promoting the company's intelligent lighting systems and modern agricultural equipment
• Professionally present and sell system-level solutions integrating smart control technology and high-quality LED lighting
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at large commercial farms
• Prepare professional technical proposals and tender documents, independently handling small to medium-sized tender projects
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client meetings in North & Southeast Asia

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Native or native-fluent English proficiency is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical solution sales
• Ability to independently develop technical proposals and handle tender documents
• Excellent client development and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Japanese (business level or higher) as we have Japanese speaking client
• Valid Singapore driver's license
• Prior sales experience in smart control systems or agricultural technology is preferred
