Job Description
. Establish new and maintain existing relationships with clients
. Organise sales visits
. Collaborate with project and engineering teams to develop customized solutions that align with clients needs and objectives
. Prepare comprehensive proposals with quotations, outlining recommended strategies and projected energy savings
. Prepare project costing analysis and update project information
. Analyse, strategize & organise the preparations for tender submissions
. Review and negotiate tender and contract terms
. Attend site walks
. Negotiate and close sales
. Collaborate closely with internal project and engineering teams for to ensure proper handover and seamless implementation of proposed solutions
. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any inquiries, concerns, challenges that may arise
. Organise marketing events that the company participates in
Requirements
. Diploma / Bachelor degree
. At least 2 years of professional sales experience in technical or consultancy sales, preferably in ACMV
. Those with more than 3 years of professional sales experience in relevant industries will be considered for Senior Sales position
. Driven, proactive, possess a determined aptitude and positive attitude
. Possesses strong technical, organisational and analytical skills
. Possesses good interpersonal, verbal and written skills
. Possesses initiative and possess desire to learn
. Able to multi-task and work as a team
