About the Opportunity:
We are currently expanding our global reach, and we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to manage and grow our business in the AMEA (Africa, Middle East, Asia) and APAC (Asia Pacific) regions.
As the Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing key enterprise accounts, and developing relationships with decision-makers in the AMEA and APAC regions. You will focus on selling our suite of engagement and reward solutions to large corporations, driving new business acquisition, and expanding existing accounts. This role requires an exceptional track record in enterprise sales, relationship management, and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy for the AMEA and APAC regions, aligning with CarltonOnes global business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
- New Business Development: Drive new client acquisition by leveraging industry knowledge, market insights, and network to sell CarltonOnes full suite of services.
- Account Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Partnership Building: Foster strategic partnerships with regional stakeholders, vendors, and channel partners to expand CarltonOne&aposs presence in the market.
- Market Insights: Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to the leadership team, ensuring CarltonOne remains competitive and relevant in the regional markets.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results, using CRM tools and other sales tracking platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in enterprise-level sales, with a focus on the AMEA and APAC regions.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the corporate engagement, recognition, and rewards landscape, or a related field.
- Client-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives.
- Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to present complex solutions to senior leaders.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a clear history of successful enterprise sales.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural nuances and market trends within the AMEA and APAC regions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the AMEA and APAC regions as needed.
