To assist the Employer and Consultants Team to carry out supervision of architectural and related works
To assist Employer and Consultants Team to manage the Project, including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, environment, health and safety control, etc
To assist Employer and Consultants Team to monitor and coordinate architectural works by Contractors to facilitate TOP, project completion, handover and CSC inspections
To report any critical and/or major issues and propose possible solutions to Employer and Consultants
To liaise and coordinate with Consultants to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues with Stakeholders, Consultants Team, Contractors and Direct Contract Vendors
To liaise with Architect, lead and monitor on site duties assigned to RAs/ RTOs, inspect, resolve & report as directed by Employer/ Architect.
Requirements
The Resident Architect (RA) shall possess an Architectural Degree recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
He shall have at least ten (10) years of construction supervision experience of local healthcare, institutional projects and/or projects of similar complexity of minimum S$200m.
