Resident Architect

Minimum ten (10) years of architectural experience with at least three (3) years of experience in design and seven (7) years in construction supervision for commercial mixed-used and office projects.

Shall be in the architectural discipline with architectural degree recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
