Resident Architect

We invite suitably qualified individuals to apply for the position:

Resident Architect

. Degree in Architecture or equivalent from an University recognised by Board of Architect, Singapore.

. Minimum 8-10 years relevant site working experience.

. The Resident Architect will assist in the management and co-ordination of architectural related issues.

. Mature, possess leadership quality and have effective communication skills to be able to interact with people at all levels.

. Proactive mindset with the ability to lead and collaborate with the site team.

. Familiarity with handover and defect inspection processes for large scale infrastructure projects especially MRT works

. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

. Resilient under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

. A team player with a collaborative and adaptable approach.

. Sound judgement and strong decision-making skills in high-stakes environments.
