We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to own the design and evolution of our client's Salesforce ecosystem. You'll set the direction, enforce best practices, and help deliver solutions cleanly and securely.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing & Data domains
- Build scalable data & security models + define integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware)
- Lead technical design reviews & set standards for custom code (Apex, LWC, Flows)
- Enforce governance: naming, release management, data quality, compliance (privacy, security)
- Mentor teams (admins, developers, vendors), align Salesforce work to overall IT strategy
- Create and maintain technical docs: diagrams, specs, knowledge base
Requirements:
- 8+ years working with Salesforce, at least 3 years in an architect role
- Deep hands-on skills: Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, API integrations
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (and Flows)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, gov-limits + security best practices
- Familiar with DevOps / CI-CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent stakeholder management & leadership skills
- Salesforce certifications (Application / System / Integration / Identity), or working toward CTA
