Frazer Jones is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading global professional services firm to appoint a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join their Asia Talent team. Based in Singapore, this is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving strategic recruitment initiatives across the region.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition - Asia, this individual will lead end-to-end recruitment for Singapore and support regional hiring across Asia. The role will partner closely with senior stakeholders, including all fee earning (e.g. management consulting) and business services client groups, to deliver best-in-class talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding across fee-earner and business services functions. They will also collaborate with global and regional HR teams to ensure consistency in employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment analytics. Familiarity with recruitment systems and data accuracy is essential, along with strong stakeholder management and market insight.

This role requires a proactive, commercially minded senior recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Prior experience in professional services or consulting firms is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative approach, strong sourcing capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality talent solutions working directly with the senior leadership team.
