About the Role

In this role, you will help transform business processes to improve efficiency, customer experience, and organizational outcomes. As a subject matter contributor, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze existing processes, design future‑state solutions, and support the organization through change initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
You will play a key role in shaping how Accenture helps clients and internal teams transition to improved ways of working, using structured methods, collaboration, and data‑driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

. Design and implement new or improved business processes aligned to customer and organizational requirements
. Analyze current‑state processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
. Apply established business process design methodologies and tools to develop effective, scalable solutions
. Support and facilitate change programs to prepare stakeholders and teams for new processes
. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful execution
. Contribute insights and recommendations that support informed decision‑making
. Document process designs, workflows, and improvement outcomes clearly and consistently

Required Qualifications

. Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design
. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business process, operations, or related roles
. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study
. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams
. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

. Advanced proficiency in Process Mapping techniques
. Intermediate proficiency in Change Management
. Expert proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement
. Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis
. Advanced proficiency in Project Management
