Business Analyst – Insurance Domain | UAT | Mandarin Preferred | Singapore

We're Hiring: Business Analyst (Insurance Domain) – Singapore

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Insurance domain, UAT, and stakeholder management to support product launches and operational initiatives.

Additional Info:

Location: Singapore
Salary: Up to SGD 6200/month
Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze & document business requirements (BRD / FRD)
Conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Liaise between Business & IT teams
Perform gap analysis & process improvements
Support insurance operations & product launches
Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards

Requirements:

2–5 years of Business Analyst experience
Insurance domain experience (Mandatory)
Strong experience in UAT & requirement gathering
Excellent communication & stakeholder handling skills
Mandarin speaking ability (Preferred)
