Job Responsibilities:
- Handle pre and post tender documentations and contract.
- Take off measurement and preparation for tender submission.
- Prepare materials take off for procurement and production for new and existing projects.
- Evaluate subcontractor's progress payments and variation claims
- Cost control, project budgeting and final account.
- Preparation of monthly progress claim to consultant.
Preparation of variation orders for submission - Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for buildings project, civil & structural engineering disciplines.
- Construction industry for buildings project is preferred.
- Good communication skills and experience in negotiation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills - Words, Excels
