Assist in contract administration, prepare progress claims and liaise with clients on claims and variation costs.
Prepare quotations, compare prices, and prepare bill of quantities for tender.
Conduct cost analysis and contract administration.
Preparing and submission of Tenders and contract documents
Perform quantity surveying for projects.
Any relevant duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Mechanical QS and knowledgeable in market unit rate.
Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
