To review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost/ charging concern
Manage Quantity Surveyor in the administration and review of procurement and contract management
Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders
Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim
Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim
Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations
Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Independent and a good team player
A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented
