Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

1. Support the Tender Team by Interpreting Contract Drawings, Measurement of Quantities, preparing Bill of Quantities, Interpretation of Specifications and to Request for Information and Clarification.

2. Source for Sub-Contractors/Suppliers, request for quotations, build-up tender base cost and to prepare tender proposal for Management review.

3. Attend site briefing to compile all the documents required for tender submission.

4. All other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management related.

2. Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying for renovation and A&A Works.

3. Possess knowledge of local form of contracts (eg. PSSCOC, SIA etc)

4. Proficient in MS Office applications.
