Senior Project Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Manager based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution while ensuring that deadlines and goals are met. Responsibilities include managing project scopes, developing schedules, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, monitoring project performance, and preparing detailed reports. Additional duties involve facilitating cross-functional collaboration, overseeing logistics operations, and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource allocation
• Experience with Expediting and Inspection processes to ensure project milestones are met
• Skills in Expeditor and Logistics Management to coordinate supply chains and project needs effectively
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
• Familiarity with socially impactful initiatives and non-profit organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields
