Senior Project Manager

A leading independent project management and workplace delivery firm is expanding its Singapore team and seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver highprofile office fitouts and commercial workplace projects for bluechip corporates and fastgrowing global brands.

We are particularly interested in professionals from a general contracting or construction background who bring strong technical understanding, site experience, and a track record of driving projects through to successful completion. This role suits individuals who enjoy a clientfacing environment while still being closely connected to design, procurement, and construction delivery.

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead commercial fitout and workplace projects from inception through design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Manage programmes, budgets, and contractor performance to meet demanding client objectives.
• Provide input on cost, commercial and contract management, working closely with QS and client teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and quality outcomes.

You will join a collaborative regional team delivering projects across APAC, with strong systems, processes and support, and a reputation for trusted longterm client partnerships. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Project Manager position.
