Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Role Description
1. Lead interior design projects from concept development through to completion.

2. Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

3. Manage timelines, budgets, project documentation

4. Resolves any and all sites issues with precision.

5. Serve as the main client liaison with clear, confident communication.

6. Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards.

7. Prepare and coordinate quotations with contractors and suppliers.

8. Experience with F&B, School and Commercial project is a plus!

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in interior design projects, with proven end-to-end project delivery.

3. Strong experience in project management, including timelines, budgeting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

4. Proven ability to manage site coordination and resolve site issues independently and effectively.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in managing clients and consultants.

6. Sound knowledge of local codes, regulations, and submission processes (e.g. BCA, SCDF, QP coordination).

7. Experience in F&B, school, and commercial projects will be an advantage.

8. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

9. Ability to work independently, lead a team, and maintain high standards of design quality and professionalism.
