Role Description

This part-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, offers flexibility between working remotely and on-site. The Senior Project Manager / Major Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of large-scale photography projects, manage logistics, and ensure deadlines and client expectations are met. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing resources effectively, overseeing inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role requires interdepartmental collaboration, efficient execution, and proactive problem-solving to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management to oversee large-scale projects and ensure timely execution.
• Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor, ensuring project resources and timelines are managed efficiently.
• Skills in Logistics Management and Inspection to manage supply chain and verify quality standards are met.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with the photography or creative industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software or tools is advantageous.
