The Opportunity
A leading provider of digital infrastructure solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex data center fit-out and connectivity projects across the APAC region. This role involves end-to-end project lifecycle management, from pre-commencement and bidding through to final handover of white and grey space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design and operational delivery of high-stakes technical projects within the mission-critical sector.
- Drive the front-end phase of projects and participate in bid activities to ensure commercial and technical viability.
- Oversee the specific requirements of data center environments, including white space, grey space, and connectivity.
- Manage project financials, including CVR reporting, risk mitigation, and subcontractor contract management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing transparent reporting and maintaining strong relationships.
- Mentor and lead project teams to ensure safety, quality, and engineering excellence across all builds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Senior Project Manager or similar leadership role within technical construction.
- A solid background in the data center industry is essential.
- Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of complex technical builds.
- PMP or an equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
