Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee the overall planning, coordination, and execution of mining site construction projects. This position requires strong management skills and a solid technical background, ensuring that mining site construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the established quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating resources throughout the project, working closely with teams, vendors, and relevant government authorities. Key responsibilities will include managing project schedules, cost control, and ensuring safety throughout the construction process.

1. Project Planning & Management
- Develop detailed project plans for data center construction, including milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of the project within the specified timeline and budget while meeting predetermined requirements.
- Manage scope changes, track all progress, and make timely adjustments as necessary.

2. Team Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams such as design, construction, operations, and equipment, as well as external contractors and vendors.
- Organize and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, driving the smooth progress of the project.

3. Construction Supervision
- Oversee the construction process of the data center to ensure compliance with design specifications and international industry standards.
- Conduct regular construction inspections to ensure the project meets safety and quality requirements.

4. Budget and Cost Control
- Ensure effective allocation and use of the project budget, monitoring cost control and financial expenditures.
- Manage contracts and supply chains, optimize project costs, and provide effective solutions.

5. Issue Resolution & Risk Management
- Identify potential risks within the project and formulate relevant response strategies to minimize the impact on project progress through real-time monitoring.
- Resolve technical issues and unforeseen challenges during construction.

6. Handover and Optimization
- Ensure the project is completed on time and successfully handed over to the operations team.
- Summarize and analyze the implementation of the project to accumulate experience for optimizing future projects.

Job Requirement:

1. Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

2. Relevant Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with familiarity in large-scale data center construction processes and technical requirements.
- Comprehensive understanding of power systems, cooling systems, and mechanical installations.

3. Technical Skills
- Familiarity with international data center standards (such as TIA-942, Uptime Tier) and relevant local industry regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).

4. Soft Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and cross-department collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth interaction with internal teams and external vendors.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities, capable of handling pressure and making quick decisions.

5. Language Skills
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate and communicate with international teams.

6. Certification Requirements
- PMP (Project Management Professional certification) or equivalent certifications will be given preference.
