Serve as the operational point of contact for key clients.
Work closely with sales and business development teams to translate client requirements into actionable operational plans.
Build long-term client relationships by ensuring excellent delivery and responsiveness.
Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly.
5. Financial & Resource Management
Oversee budgets, event costing, and operational expenditure.
Track and report key operational metrics (profitability, utilization rates, client satisfaction).
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Ensure optimal use of equipment, inventory, and technology platforms.
6. Innovation & Process Improvement
Introduce new operational systems, SOPs, and tools for better efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement in event delivery, safety, and client engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends to innovate new experiences and operational models.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and regulatory requirements (including venue and outdoor activity compliance).
Develop and enforce risk management frameworks for high-energy or adventure-based activities.
Maintain insurance, permits, and certifications required for team-building operations
