Our client is a leading financial services company headquartered in Singapore. They are seeking an experienced and people-centric Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations and strategic initiatives for their local and regional business. This role is pivotal in partnering with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across different business functions.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to support business objectives.
  • Champion people strategies that support performance, growth, and cultural alignment.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment efforts for key roles, ensuring quality hires in a competitive talent market.
  • Lead onboarding programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and implement talent development programs that build future leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
  • Maintain a fair and inclusive workplace while fostering high levels of morale and retention.
  • Lead performance review processes, goal setting, and calibration cycles.
  • Support implementation of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to support decisions around retention, productivity, and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of HR experience, within fintech or financial services industries.
  • Experiences managing regional stakeholders (APAC or SEA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and working in matrix organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
