Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management and operations leaders to align HR strategies with business and patient care objectives
- Support workforce planning to meet staffing needs across clinical and non-clinical functions
- Manage manpower planning
- Oversee employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Manage compensation structures, payroll oversight, and benefits administration
- Support continuous professional development in line with healthcare standards
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws, healthcare regulations, and licensing requirements (e.g., MOH guidelines)
- Lead and develop the HR team, setting clear KPIs and driving performance
- Hands-on in operations
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / HR
- At least 8 years of experience in HR generalist
- Exposure in Healthcare / Interest in Healthcare will be a plus
