Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management and operations leaders to align HR strategies with business and patient care objectives
  • Support workforce planning to meet staffing needs across clinical and non-clinical functions
  • Manage manpower planning
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Manage compensation structures, payroll oversight, and benefits administration
  • Support continuous professional development in line with healthcare standards
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws, healthcare regulations, and licensing requirements (e.g., MOH guidelines)
  • Lead and develop the HR team, setting clear KPIs and driving performance
  • Hands-on in operations


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business / HR
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR generalist
  • Exposure in Healthcare / Interest in Healthcare will be a plus
