Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across clinical operations and hospital support services to ensure efficient, patient-centred care delivery.
- Oversee inpatient and outpatient services, driving high-quality care standards, clinical governance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and align hospital support functions including facilities, biomedical engineering, materials management, F&B, medical records, and general services.
- Manage operational performance and budgets, optimizing resources, workflows, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance requirements.
- Drive risk management, audits, and patient safety initiatives to maintain high operational and clinical standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, capability development, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Business
- At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare
