The Role
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role drives learning and development initiatives, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion strategies to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
The incumbent manages compensation and benefits frameworks, payroll processing, and employee welfare programs, while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and mitigating HR-related risks. The role also oversees work pass applications and corporate facilities management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-supported workplace environment.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, and a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regional regulatory frameworks.
