About The Role

As a Sales Capture Manager, you will lead the development and execution of deal strategies that drive growth and long-term client value. You will play a critical role in shaping, progressing, and closing complex sales opportunities by aligning client needs with Accenture's capabilities and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end deal shaping and sales pursuit activities for strategic opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across solutioning, pricing, and delivery
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Facilitate client discussions, presentations, and negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Develop and execute win strategies that clearly articulate value propositions
  • Monitor and report on the progress of sales opportunities, adjusting strategies as required
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales governance and quality standards

  • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, deal shaping, or sales pursuit management
  • Expert proficiency in Deal Shaping and Sales Pursuit Management
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in Accenture High Performance Selling Framework
  • Expert proficiency in Sales Closing
  • Experience working in a large consulting or professional services environment
