Job Summary

Lead sales and marketing strategy for premium RESIDENTIAL projects in a dynamic environment. Build and mentor teams, drive launches, and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve revenue goals in the Singapore residential property market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for residential projects aligned with company goals and market trends
  • Lead end-to-end sales and marketing processes including project positioning, branding, pricing, launch planning, campaigns, and closing sales
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and marketing team with clear targets and accountability
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives such as branding, advertising, digital platforms, showflat management, and public relations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents, channel partners, media, and local and international buyers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and buyer sentiment to continuously refine sales and marketing strategies
  • Drive revenue targets, manage budgets, and report performance metrics to senior leadership and shareholders
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure seamless project launches and maximize market impact

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proven track record in residential real estate sales and marketing in Singapore, including launching and selling mid-to-high-end projects
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior sales or marketing leadership roles such as Head of Sales or Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams, achieving ambitious targets, and delivering strong project sell-through rates
  • Deep knowledge of Singapore's residential market, buyer profiles, pricing strategies, government regulations, and distribution channels. You MUST have experience in leadng RESIDENTIAL SALES TEAMS.
  • Strong industry network including agents, developers, and marketing partners
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
