The Job:
- Regional Operations Leadership
Lead and oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple regional sites in SEA. Ensuring alignment of production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and overall business objectives to achieve operational excellence and consistent performance. - Factory Transfer & Site Expansion Management
Drive large-scale factory relocation and expansion initiatives, managing the full transition lifecycle including operational planning, machinery and inventory transfer, workforce migration, supplier realignment, facility setup, production validation, and post-transfer stabilization with minimal business disruption. - Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, enhance productivity, improve throughput, reduce waste, and strengthen manufacturing performance across all operational functions. - Production, Budget & Cost Optimization
Oversee production planning, capacity utilization, resource management, budgeting, and cost control by monitoring key operational KPIs, maintaining quality and delivery standards, and supporting strategic capital investment and technology enhancement initiatives. - Safety, Compliance & Team Development
Promote a strong culture of safety, regulatory compliance, accountability, and continuous learning through leadership coaching, talent development, performance management, and implementation of standardized operational governance and best practices across all sites.
The Talent:
- Master/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 10 - 15 years operation experience in Aerospace/Aviation industry
