Assistant HR Manager (HR Operations)
Responsibilities:
- This position is a HR operations role with team lead responsibility.
- The incumbent will oversee a team of HR professionals to provide effective HR generalist support on the full spectrum of HR matters ranging from talent sourcing and acquisition, manpower planning, employee relations, onboarding, performance management to exit management, and other related HR Services.
- Support in partnering with the business stakeholders to identify and deliver HR strategic strategies, processes and program need.
- Coordinate and manage the deployment of the Employee Motivation and Satisfaction survey to seek ways to improve the work environment to motivate the staff to achieve higher performance.
- Support all HR ad hoc projects and others
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications with a HR generalist operations background
- At least 8 - 10 years of HR Operations / Generalist experience in an MNC environment.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good working proficiency in MS Office applications
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
- Meticulous, organized and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Someone with leadership, an excellent blend of good communication skills, robust problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities, strong stakeholder management skills and a good team player.
