Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities in collaboration with facility teams
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including confirmations, contract renewals, and exits
Review payroll reports and verify leave, claims, and allowance records
Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (e.g. MSF, NCSS, AIC)
Oversee matters related to foreign employees and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain and update HR systems (HRMS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Support training coordination and track compliance requirements
Address day-to-day employee queries and handle basic grievance cases
Assist with HR reporting, employee engagement initiatives, and vendor coordination
4-6 years of experience in HR operations
Proficient in payroll verification and end-to-end HR processes
Well-versed in Singapore employment regulations and practices
Strong attention to detail with excellent coordination skills
Able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders effectively
