Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, letters, memos) and ensure proper filing
Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, and related statutory requirements
Assist with payroll by compiling attendance, leave records, and related data
Administer employee benefits and handle basic payroll/benefits queries
Monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy in the HR system
Act as a point of contact for HR-related matters and support policy implementation
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement activities
Provide general office administrative and coordination support, including office supplies and maintenance
Perform ad hoc HR and administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with HRMS systems (e.g., Info-Tech, Workday) is an advantage
Knowledge of MOM regulations and statutory requirements
