Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $3400 - $4500
- Working hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 5.45 p.m. Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.15 pm.

Job Responsibilities:
- Student Talent Development Programmes:
- Provide support to effectively manage talent development programmes aimed at developing undergraduate student talents within NTU.
- Collaborate with colleges, schools, offices and vendors to assist in designing and delivering training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of talent development programmes.
- Talent Scholarship Application:
- Provide support to develop marketing and promotional materials and manage scholarship initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with domain experts/ interview panellists and scholarship recipients, and provide support during application process and throughout the recipient's educational journey.
- Maintain accurate records of scholarship recipients and program impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, colleges, schools and department heads, to ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as educational institutions, industry experts, and sponsors, to leverage on their expertise and support for initiatives.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in disciplines such as Business Administration, Humanities, Communications etc.
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience supporting or managing initiatives such as leadership/ talent programs, scholarships or symposiums.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional teams.
