Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential customers including contractors, builders, interior designers and end-users.
Promote and sell the company's range of paints and building materials
Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct site visits, product presentations and negotiations.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support client requirements.
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements:
Diploma holder.
Proven sales experience in building materials to interior designer, contractor and builder sectors.
Strong network within the construction, interior design firm and architecture communities is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferable owning a car.
