In this role, you will:
- Assist the Compensation and Payroll Manager on compensation initiatives and payroll matters.
- Support the payroll validation for the institutions to ensure timely and accurate payment, including annual bonus payment, annual salary increment and promotion exercise.
- Partner with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to roll out compensation programmes
- Participate in the manpower planning budget system (MPBS) implementation and automation of inter-company billing (ICB) process.
- Collaborate with payroll partners and system owners, liaising on issues in the implementation of policies/ programmes.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Min Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a Compensation/Payroll function
- Able to start work immediately
