Minimum 5 years of experience as BA or PMO in bank's payment operation/system.
Having work experience as consultant in Consulting Firm or as PMO or PM in bank project.
Experience in ISO20022 project and having good understanding of End to End transaction process.
Strong consulting skillset, including logical and structured thinking, issue identification and resolution, clear communication, effective meeting facilitation, and high‑quality documentation using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Project planning and management capabilities, covering progress tracking, issue/risk management, scope and change control, and vendor coordination.
Perform detailed element‑level analysis of MX message formats (e.g., Pain.001, Pacs.008/009/009CV, and other ISO 20022 messages).
Develop comprehensive mapping matrices to support the design and build of message‑conversion tools.
Utilize advanced Excel and Macro/VBA capabilities to automate, validate, and streamline mapping and analysis work.
