Job Summary:

Role: IT Project Manager

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Singapore

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. This role is responsible for defining project scope, driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience handling complex projects, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining focus on business objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Project/Program Management within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery and cross-functional teams.

- Strong expertise in risk management, budgeting, and project governance.

- Experience working in product development or technical project environments.

- Experience in Semiconductor Test domain is a plus.

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and drive teams toward critical objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, and execution plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Conduct needs assessments, develop project plans, and establish performance metrics.

- Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met.

- Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and implement corrective actions for variances.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to meet project requirements.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and performance management.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements and project audits.

- Contribute to proposal development, Statements of Work (SOW), and cost estimations.

- Ensure effective team collaboration, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
