Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Resolve operational or production issues and provide guidance to stakeholders.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.

Assist with new system or process launches through documentation and training.

Mentor team members and support project/testing objectives.

Collaborate with business partners, project managers, and solution architects to implement changes.

Prepare analysis and documentation for operational quality improvement.

Support risk management by identifying process risks and assisting in mitigation
